UCD90160: What is the maximum value for MON pin voltage sense?

Tool/software:

Hi TI export,

 We want to use MON pin to detect CR2032 battery voltage, so the leakage current spec is x.xuA. (when use 49.9k/49.9k, the laekage current around 50uA)

My I know the maximum divider resistor value? ex, 200k/200k. 

If the resistor value is too large, is there any side effect that I need to consider?
