USB-C-PD-DUO-EVM: USB to I2C/SPI Adapter doesn’t change from “TIVA” to “FTDI”

Hi,

Now we're evaluating USB-PD behavior with USB-C-PD-DUO-EVM.

but we have a trouble with USB to I2C/SPI Adapter settings,

it doesn’t change from “TIVA” to “FTDI” after USB C PD DUO EVM was connected.

Please refer to the attached file and let us know the cause to this problem.

Any advice would be very appreciated.

Hi,

Can you try opening an existing project or a new project and repeat the same steps again?

Thank you for your advice.

We tried opening new project, then configure I2C/SPI Adapter Setting.

First time we tried it ,I2C/SPI Adapter Setting didn’t change from “TIVA” to “FTDI” .

But we tried again, we could set I2C/SPI Adapter Setting. to "FTDI".

Anyway, we will be able to start evaluation for now. I really appreciate it.
