TPS3619: PFI pin when Vdd=0.0V

Part Number: TPS3619

Tool/software:

Hi all,

The absolute maximum ratings of PFI pin of TPS3619 is -0.3V to (Vdd+0.3V).

When using this device is there any problem if a voltage (several volts) is applied to the PFI pin when VDD=0.0V (power off)?

In the application note below, when EN of DCDC in the first stage is Low, a voltage exceeding the absolute maximum rating is applied to PFI pin.

Using the TPS3619 With MSP430 Microcontrollers (Rev. B) (ti.com)

Referring to this circuit, I understand that there is no problem if some voltage is applied to the PFI pin when Vdd=0V.

Is this correct?

Best Regards,
