Hello, I am working as safety hardware engineer for Magna Powertrain.

In our project we use LM51551QDSSRQ1 and LM76202QPWPRQ1 integrated circuits and we would like to have some more information about the failure effects of some causes.

Could you please provide us any safety related document for these two ICs (FMA, FMEA/ FMEDA, failure effects etc)?

What is most important for us is the potential failure effects like the image below from another IC of TI.

LM51551-Q1 is functional safety capable, therefore we have this document available:

Unfortunately, this document only includes two pages and is not very detailed.
The successor device LM51561-Q1 from the same product family is a pin2pin alternative and lists a more detailed functional safety file:

Maybe this is helpful as well.

I am not familiar with the LM76202 device, so I would recommend to set up a separate thread for this device.
