What is the difference between LM4040DEM3-2.5 and LM4040DEM3x-2.5 ?
I found that there is a difference in packaging. But our problem is that we have a difference in forward voltage also. With the same condittions whiile LM4040DEM3-2.5 has 800mV , LM4040DEM3x-2.5 has 740mV. Is it normal or we received a bad batch?
