LM4040: LM4040DEM3-5.0/NOPB

Part Number: LM4040

Hello

We would like to know what are the differences between LM4040DEM3-5.0 and LM4040DEM3X-5.0? TI Web site says it is an additional carrier option; but according to the tape and reel information the carrier is the same for both of these. So we wonder is there are any other differences?

    Hello Manny,

    The difference is the number of parts within the tape and reel. LM4040DEM3-5.0 has 1ku per reel while LM4040DEM3X-5.0/NOPB has 3ku per reel.

    Note: When you mention LM4040DEM3X-5.0 I assume you meant LM4040DEM3X-5.0/NOPB as this is the only 5V variant available for purchase on TI.com.
