Hi Team,
The LM4040-N product page shows various spice models and we're not quite sure how to identify the model specific for a variant: https://www.ti.com/product/LM4040-N#design-development##design-tools-simulation
The "5P0" apparently pertains to the 5V version, but which of the four N(A/B/C/D)5P0 is the appropriate model for LM4040CIM3X-5.0?
Thanks in advance!
Kind Regards,
Jejomar
Hi Jejomar,
LM4040CIM3X-5.0 means:
C-grade for Tolerance
I-grade for Industrial Temperature (-40C ≤ TA ≤ 125C)
M3 - SOT23 package (DBZ)
X - 3000 pcs Large Tape & Reel
Therefore, the pspice model that you want to use is LM4040_NC5P0 Unencrypted PSpice Transient Model
