Hi Ryuuichi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I agree that there is an issue with the negative voltages. I have bench tested this and the real device does not experience this problem. This is a SPICE model issue and I will notify my internal team to get it fixed.

I have posted this by using A version, however, other version(from B  to E) may have same issue as well. So, please confirm all models.

I am in talks with the SPICE team to see what direction we are going to take. Does your customer only need a specific version? If so that could be faster than trying to update all the models.

Customer simulate negative voltage model by using LM4040_ND5P0. So, at first, please update this version.

However, they do not decide which version they actually need, so please update remaining versions later as well.

Sorry for the delay. I talked to my modeling team and I have raised its importance to them. I do not have an ETA yet but I hope its out soon. We need to find the cause of the bug then verify the model.

Make sure the models are the ones updated in 2018.
