TPS62135: No models/parts in PSpice Parts Search - how to open as PSpice for TI

Hello,

I’m experiencing the same issue (I’ve also installed OrCAD previously), but I’m not sure about what the "PSpice for TI" file is. Whenever I open a DSN file, I always open it through OrCAD Capture. Is that correct?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

the project file is named as .opj, you should open .opj file.

although I open the .opj file, it is still the same, as shown below.

Is there anything else I should confirm?

I later tried installing PSpice for TI on a new computer that has never had OrCAD installed, and I encountered the same issue: the PSpice Parts Search is blank and not showing anything.

I tried "Reinstall TI Models and libraries" but it also didn't work.

Hi,

I searched on Google using different keywords and finally found that someone had asked the same question on this forum and got a solution.

Here is the link to the resolved issue: e2e.ti.com/.../pspice-for-ti-pspice-part-search-empty

and the final solution is: add "lang=en-US" to "orCEFSettings.ini," as shown below.

"orCEFSettings.ini" can be found using search. It's part of the PSpice_TI\tools\bin folder.
