Hello,

we are trying to use BQ-EV-SW command line tool to program chip, but we always get error message of Error code = 302 which says adaptor didn't detected, I am using EV2300 for command line. How can I resolve this issue?

Let's take a step back. Is the EV2300 being detected by your computer? Do you see it in device manager?

Hello Adrian,

Yes, it can be seen as a USB input devices in HID devices in device manager. Device ID is 0451&PID_0036

We did try on windows 7 and windows XP PC as well, but unfortunately, we get the same error message. Also, we can't do command line programming.

Please suggest another option.

Hello Yash,

We do not support the EV2300, I recommend trying to use the EV2400, or you can use a microcontroller and the Gauge Communication document to achieve this.

Yes, BQ EVSW detects both EV2300 and EV2400 automatically on my PC. We have tried it several times

Hi,

Do you get the same error code 302 with the ev2400?

Try updating the ev2400 drivers, as this device is still supported from a FW perspective.
