Our customer tries setting Capacity Gain using BQStudio and EV2400. They get an error, and the setting is not accepted. They tried setting it to 103817 based on the formula in the datasheet. This is well within the min and max values. They get an error with a message about the minimum value.
Min = 2.98E+0.004
Max = 1.19E+006
Do you know why? What should they do?
