Hi Nikhil,

Please be sure that the effective capacitance on Cout is at least 15uF. If you do not have a BIAS supply to connect to the BIAS pin then you do not need to place a capacitor on the BIAS pin to GND. The schematic looks good otherwise.

if i am using Vin=1.2 V and Vout= 1V @2.5A , please confirm if the same design is okay to proceed. (without bias V and CP enabled)

Hi Nikhil,

Yes, Vin = 1.2V and Vout = 1V while using the charge pump will be fine.
