Hi Team,

I aim to achieve a 20V output with 30W of power, without cooling fin, maintaining the PCB temperature below 70°C within a design space of 30*40mm.

How should I design and calculate to achieve this?

    Hi Timo,

    May I know what is the customer and application?

    What is the input voltage range? 

    Since the thermal performance is also related to PCB size, copper thickness, Fsw, external inductor, etc. Please follow the layout guideline when doing the layout.
