Hi,
We need to PMIC for the LPDDR4, LPDDR4X, LPDDR5, DDR5 solution, and please advise if the TPS513830 can support all the 4 DDRs request or
we need to choose the TPS51488? thanks.
Hi Zhang,
I'm not seeing the TPS51488 in our catalog. When I click the link at the top of your post, I get an Error 404 not found.
Is TPS51488 the correct part number?
Also, the second part for DDR5 is slightly wrong as well. I believe you are looking for the TPS53830A which is the latest version of this part.
I'm trying to compare the two devices to see if the TPS53830A can cover all 4 applications but the TPS51488 doesn't appear to exist.
If you have a summary breakdown of the voltages and currents you need for your system, please share that here.
Regards,
James
Hi Zhang,
Please reach out to me at s-gradinaru@ti.com for further discussion on utilizing TPS53830A part for other applications outside of DDR5.
