TPSI3050: Is there a model for LTspice?

Part Number: TPSI3050

Tool/software:

I want to do simulation with LTspice.
Is there a model for LTspice?

When I use the model for Pspice with LTspice,

the error as attached appears and I cannot simulate it. If there is a way to solve this, please let me know.

  • Hello Motohiko Fujimura,

Thank you for reaching out to our team on E2E.

I would strongly encourage to use PSpice for TI simulation, as we don't support LTspice. This simulator tool is from the cadence library and come withs preinstalled libraries reflecting many of the TI components. Essentially, TPSI3050-Q1 might be already pre-installed in the library and it is as easy as searching and drop the component. The simulator is very easy to use and we have multiple tutorial videos to help with any challenges.
