BQ28Z620: charge full and charge termination flag is raised and not cleared

I am working on a BQ28Z620 Battery fuel gauge with BQ24104 Charger.The BQ28Z620 is designed for 1-series to 2 series packs in which I am using a single cell configuration.(I am not using bqstudio)
1) Could you kindly provide guidance on how to configure the fuel gauge correctly for a single cell ?
2) I also tried to configure the fuel gauge and when i try to charge the cell after sending a reset command then the cell is charging but after charging for a certain voltage the gauge has stopped charging and when i checked the gauging status full charge and charge termination flags are raised  (MACSubcmd() 0x0056 Gauging Status) , and this flags are not cleared until a reset command is sent although i tried to drain the battery still the flags are raised and charging is stopped. kindly please provide help on this matter.

    I recommend referring to the documentation on the BQ28z610 and BQ28z620 product pages on ti.com. We have several documentation on getting started with the gauge and the EVM and how to configure it for a 1s or 2s application.
