Plugging the input source will restart charge IF TS pin is not pulled low and battery voltage is below recharge.

For normal operation connecting a 10k Resistor between TS and Ground will work if a 10k NTC is not used.
Then Charge Enable/Disable only needs to pull the TS pin low.
This could be done with a mosfet or open drain GPIO signal.
