Tool/software:
Hello,
We have flybuck topology as attached in the schematic. Output voltage ~15V and load at the secondary output approx, 200mA. (2.5W~3W max). 15V used for Gate switching of Inverter IGBT (16kHz switching)
we are getting huge conducted emission issue for 150KHz to 108MHz. pls suggest solution to filter it out. We have added CMC and MLCC but not useful so far. please suggest.
Hi Namdev,
Having only Common mode choke is not sufficient to suppress the conducted emission. The noise could be due to differential mode noise as well.
Recommend you to refer https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snva489c/snva489c.pdf app note for designing the CE filter.
Thanks,
Nitya
