UCC35706 resonant forward convertor failure

Hi,

I am Trying to make one DC to Dc convertor with UCC35706, strangely all the four devices I had is gone bad ie PIN 3 Vff shows zero Volt.

The schmatic design is taken from another working design. Its resonant single switch forward convertor.

Please help me to acertain if the device has gone bad or not.

Is the devics very sensitive to ESD,ie can my handly counld have spoiled the IC

Sunil,

With the limited amount of information that you provided I can not guess at what went wrong.

Any part can be destroyed by ESD but to have all four fail would cause me to wonder more about the application.

If you want to send a schematic with component vaues and voltages applied, I may be able to help.
