I am trying to look for a sync buck MOSFET driver that has adative dead time control. I like to see the low side MOSFET turned on by seeing switching node falls below certain threshold, for example 0.5V. I saw UCC27222 has predictive dead time control, which makes me unconfortable because its dead time is controlled by previous switching cycle deadtime. Intersil has one part HIP6601 I like. But it is not recoomend for new design. The new part claim the low side FET turns on at either HGATE turns low, or phase becomes low. I only want phase becomes low.
Hope TI has some driver IC that does what I want.
