About BQ500211EVM-045 and BQ51013AEVM-765,Can you tell me the software imformation about the demos and can we do some changes on the software according our requirements?

I am not aware of any demo software for the bqTESLA products. The project is not providing additional software, none is required. Also the firmware for bqTESLA devices cannot be changed in the field.
