BQ24105 - 3 cells design

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ2002F, BQ24105

I work in Optikon 2000 Spa (Italy) , a medical company and I use your BQ2002F in a footswitch (Bluetooth connection - battery supplied)

that is a part of ophthalmic surgical device .

Now I'm designing a new device (corneal topography department) and I desire to use the BQ24105 to recharge 3 LiPo cells, but in your documentation isn't clear how (for me). In the SLU200A there isn't information about 3 cells (only a power consuption)

In a post I read that I need to use a resistor divider ratio of 5:1 for VBAT pin.
Why? Not 3:1?
And how about FB?

Could you help me about this 2 pin configuration in 3 cells?
