I am using BQ24072T to charge Lithium Ion battery of spec 3.7V and 550mAh. My set up Uin=5V, CEn=EN1=0(LO), EN2=Vbat (HI), Rilim=3.3K, Riset=3.3K, Rtmr=68K. Battery is AHB62254 3.7V 550mAh.
My calculation are base of data sheet SLUS937A:
I’m expect charge current Kiset/Riset 0.27A Iiset=890 AOHm /3300 OHM = 0.27 A
I’m expect max input current factor <0.5A Iilim=1512 AOHm/0.5 A = 3024 Ohm ~3.3K
I use safety timer 68KOm. Unfortunately, real current is less 0.13A and drop in time. So, this is not permanent current mode. Can anyone help me out?
