TPS40057 - improved version of TPS40053

The main improvements of the TPS40057 over the TPS40053 are improved accuracy of the reference voltage and current limit:

1) The error amplifier reference (Vfb) has been tightened to allow more accurate output voltages.  Including meeting a 1% tolerance at 0 - 85C

2) Tighten current limit accuracy, especially the sense offset, which was improved from a 95mV range to a 40mV range.
