We want to use a bq24160a (or other) to charge a single Li-Ion cell and do Powerpath management.
The datasheet isn't very clear on one point:
If the application runs on battery power (no external power) and using an external discharge FET, is it the possible to disable the external FET, in order to power-down the application?
I.o.w.: We want the application to be able to shut down itself if running on battery-only.
Can this be done by i2c?
