TPS54550 SSENA pin external pull-up

The TPS54550 datasheet mentions “ The SSENA pin does not use external pull-up resistors. “ in Figure 2 description in 8-page.
 >_ Doesn’t the SSENA pin of the TPS54550 always use external pull-up resistors?  Why is it?
 >_ What voltage is VBIAS2 of the SSENA pin internal pull-up current source in VIN=5V.?
For certain application, our customer would like to use the external pull-up resistor with open-drain output logic to interface to the SSENA pin. Their application conditions are the following.
     *   TPS54310  VIN=5.0V,  VOUT=2.5V
     *   SSENA pin pull-up to 3.3V through 4.7Kohm resistor
I think it’s possible to use the external pull-up resistor in above condition.
Are there any concerns in the SSENA pin external pull-up resistor?
