I have question of current protection accuracy by temp.

An expression of "Iosmax Iostyp Iosmin" is written on datasheet p11.

Are these expresions included in the accuracy by the temperature?

    Yes, these equations include the temperature variation (-40C to 125C junction temperature). Eqs (1) on page 11 are derived from the Ios values earlier in the datasheet electrical characteristics table on page 3 (using curve fitting techniques). The min, typ, max EC table values are over the recommended temperature range ((-40C to 125C).
