LM5009A capacitor at VCC

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5009A

Hello All,

As mentioned in datasheet of LM5009A, minimum capacitor of 0.47uF is required on VCC pin.

This introduces substantial delay for output to reach a final value.

If this pin is not supplying current to any other component, is it OK to reduce the capacitance?

What minimum value is suggested for faster rise in output?

Thanks!
