I would like to confirm the maximum duty cycle of LM27313-Q1.

In the datasheet, I found the minum value of maximum duty cycle 80%.

I have a question for this value.

When is the value 80% (high temperature or low temperature)?

    Hi,

    Figure4 on the datasheet of the part (page4) shows the typical max duty cycle curve vs temperature. From this graph we can deduct that the worst case scenario for each part happens somewhere between 10C and 25C.

    The difference between the min. and typical value on the EC table has to do with variation between parts.
