Do you need both the schematic and PCB files? This design was created using Mentor graphics PADS but we do not have access to this CAD package anymore. My understanding is that we need to export the PADS design as ASCII and then import into Altium Designer (our current EVM CAD package). From Altium Designer, we can export the project as Orcad (DSN file format).

WIll that work?
