Temperature issues with two layers board for LMZ14203H

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ14203H, LMZ14203HEVAL

Hi, I am designing a board using the LMZ14203H 3A Simple Switcher Power module.

The LMZ14203HEVAL evaluation board has four layers and the WEBENCH simulator for this module estimates the temperature using a four layer as well.

Due to cost I want to use a two layers board with 0.5 OZ copper or a 2 OZ copper, and would like to know the temperature the board may reach in such design and the effect of doing that. The size of the board is 47.346 mm by 175.717 mm, whose bottom layer is grounded and can be used for heating dissipation purposes.

Thank you in advance.
