How to clear pov and puv flags?

I am using bq20z95. POV and PUV flags are simultaneously set. How to clear these flags? Even i have changed the cells but the problem still occurs.

Kindly revert ASAP.

    Assuming all cell connections are correcrt  this sound like more configuration issues as discussed on your other thread, please review section 2.1.3 of the tech ref manual slua264a and make sure you properly set the POV and PUV  threshold levels, the POV and PUV Recovery levels and  the POV and PUV Times. How are they set at the moment ?
