On the datasheet of TPS54040A Figure 21, BOOT-PH UVLO vs JUNCTION TEMPERATURE is showed.

Is this correct?

On the datasheet of TPS54040 Figure 21, BOOT-PH UVLO vs JUNCTION TEMPERATURE is showed too.

These are not same.

And, the TPS54140's figure is same with TPS54040's.

I find that rather suspicious. It looks to me like the y axis is reversed. I will verify it later today, but I think you can assume that TPS54040A is incorrect.
