TPS22968 ton/tr/td

Hello,

My customer would like to know ton/tr/td for the following conditions.  Would you please give me the answers?

- VBIAS/VIN/CT/COUT=3.3V/3.3V/470pF/10uF

- VBIAS/VIN/CT/COUT=3.3V/1.8V/470pF/10uF

    Hi Yoshikazu,

    Here is some data for 25C at the following conditions:

    - VBIAS/VIN/CT/COUT=3.3V/3.3V/470pF/0.1uF

    ton = 717us

    tr = 776us

    td = 357us

    - VBIAS/VIN/CT/COUT=3.3V/1.8V/470pF/0.1uF

    ton = 535us

    tr = 446us

    td = 331us

     

    Although COUT is not 10uF, the output capacitor should not change any of these parameters.
