I want ti have Cad data of TPS56221EVM-597 and TPS54620EVM-374 for Keysight ADS.

CanI have those? I have the EVM boards but I want to be connected FPGA for PI simulations.

What do you mean by "CAD data"? What type of file are you looking for?

I want to have Gerber/Drill or Casende PCB or Mask file(.mask) that ADS could imports.

Could you get them?

See attached. There are gerber files, CAD files (P-CAD) and PDF files for easy review.
