Why LM5104 specify maximum HS slew rate into recommended operating conditions?

If it exceeds, what will occurs on LM5104?

Hi Keiichi-san,

If the HS Slew rate is exceeded the internal logic of the gate drive IC can be corrupted by the common mode current flowing from the HS pin through the internal level shift circuitry of the LM5104.

Exceeding the HS slew rate can cause shoot through on the power stage and failure of the switching devices.
