How to shut down UC3825A?

Is there a way to shut down the IC?

Do I need to set "RAMP" or "ILIM" pins to a voltage higher than 1.25V? Can I do that with a mosfet or transistor without affecting any current-limiting or over-current situations?

Hi Emre,
You can shutdown the IC by clamp SS to GND.
If you add a mosfet between SS and GND, then you can control the mosfet to discharge SS.
