I'm trying to conduct a power distribution network (PDN) analysis for DDR interface that uses the TPS51916 LDO for its power regulation. I need to know what's this part ESL and ESR at the low frequency range in order to complete my analysis . The part is been running in the D-CAP2 mode at 500 kHz. Any insight would be very helpful.
