They most likely follow the design guidelines given in section 9.2.2.1 of the D/S, including setting the zero at 25 kHz. As well, you can still measure the loop with a bode plot in the usual way to assess stability.

Ah, you need the whole loop equation? I don't recall seeing this in any data sheet for any internally compensated switching converter. This would require an NDA to share, so please have your TI contact send me an email requesting this.
