TPS54040A - What is the longest period of operation without failure?

Hi,

Currently, we're using the TPS54040A on a downhole device and supplies around 100mA. With this current rating, can TPS54040A function without failure after 3-6 months of continuous operation?

Also, are there TI switcher supplies that have been tested or rated to function up to 9 months of continuous use?
