Query regarding achieving -5V supply from LM2660 and LMC7660

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMC7660, LM2660

Hi

I am using IC LM2660 and LMC7660 separately in my different project to get -5V providing +5V Input

As per Datasheet, it is indicated to use Electrolytic Capacitors in circuit

For my design I have used 10uF Ceramic Capacitors

With load set to 10 mA, I am getting Vout as -4.52 for LMC7660 and -4.80 for LM2660

My queries are -

1) Is it possible to achieve steady -5V Vout and at what possible maximum Load Current

2) Is it recommended to use Electrolytic capacitors? Or it is OK to use Ceramic capacitors

Sample circuit is as below -
