The 16-pin PWP package (R-PDSO-G16) used on the LM20136 regulator specifies a 1.20mm maximum package height (top of the package to the PC board surface). What is the minimum package height (i.e., the tolerance on the package thickness)?
Can you also confirm that 1.20mm is the maximum package height since the drawing in the LM20136 datasheet does not show this?
