LMZ evaluation board: card edge connector?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ14202HEVAL

I'm using two different LMZ142xx boards in a system prototype development and need to mount/secure the boards in enclosure.  The eval boards (e.g. LMZ14202HEVAL) appear to have Vin, Vout, and ground on one side of the board (in large widths of copper) in what appears to be similar to a card edge.

Questions:

(1) Would use of a card edge connector be useful here?  Or would contact resistance or other issues mitigate against this use?  (Current could be shared over several 'pins'.)

(2) In the alternative, what are the dimensions of this board edge (tab)- the other option would to be use a card edge connector but only as mechanical support.

Trying to avoid other option- drilling holes in boards and using stand-offs.  Thanks
