Hi,

I have some questions about BQ25070 application.

Could you please advise me the followings?

1. When the TS pin is not used, how do I handle the pin?

2. When the IMON pin is not used, how do I handle the pin?

3. I want to use BQ25070 at the minimum current consumption, when there is no input status.

Please advise procedure at above condition .(TS and IMON pins are not used status.)

Regarding 1, please see the notes in figure14 on page 12.

Regarding 2, connect 1k resistor from IMON to GND.

Regarding 3, I assume that you are not use TS function, but you still want charge enabled. Then the lowest current consumption is under the highlighted test condition below.

You may also look at bq25071 as well if IMON is not needed.

Regarding 2, If the IMON pin is left open, is there any problem?

We do not recommend float IMON since this can be part of the current feedback loop of the IC.
