ucd8220 current mode slope resistor

recently I have designed a push-pull converter to make output 280v from input 48v.

in datasheet the I_SET resistor should be calculated from equation 3. in this equation the slope must be determined in advance.

but I don't know how to calculate the slope. could any one help me?

from references I had found slope= (vout / Lout )* (Nsec/Npri)* Rsense. is this formula correct for a boost inverter that rises the low input to high voltage output.

any help would be appreciated
