PWM Controller - Requirement

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC5940-EP

Hi,

I am  looking for PWM controller for one of our new projects for which we have selected this TI product TLC5940-EP but some of the specification are not met and highlighted in yellow color for your reference.

Specifications of PWM controller required are given below,

  •        Each PWM channel must be independently adjustable from 0 to 100% by the micro-controller.
  •          Each PWM channel must provide at least 12 bits of PWM resolution.
  •        Each PWM channel must provide a constant current regulator which shall be set at maximum for the device’s ratings.
  •        Each PWM channel’s constant current setting should be adjustable from 0 to 100% by the microcontroller.
  •        Each PWM channel’s constant current setting adjustment should have at least 6 bits of resolution.
  •         Each PWM channel must be able to sink at least 90mA of current.
  •         Each PWM channel must be able to withstand the application of at least 36VDC.
  •       Each PWM channel must have a minimal pull-up to un-switched internal 28VDC to support self-test.
  •         SPI interface used to communicate with Microcontroller

Could you please suggest the suitable part which can meet all our requirements listed above?

Thanks&Regards
