Range for Vdynamic in UCC28513

The UCC28513 datasheet selects the R2 sense resistor by setting Vdynamic to 1 V. Is there a min and max range that Vdynamic can use for proper operation of the converter? If I increase the max current by adjusting the ratio of R7 and R14 to the PKLMT pin without changing R2, Vdynamic increases. Is there a max voltage across R2 which should not be exceeded? What happens when the max is exceeded?

Hi Steven,

The maximum Vdynamic range is 1V.
For maximum voltage across R2, please make sure the voltage applied on ISENSE1 is between −0.5 V to (VREF+0.3) V, and the voltage applied on PKLMT is between −0.5 V to 6 V, otherwise it may cause permanent damage to the device.
