BQ24765 ACOK Pulsed low

Under certain conditions the BQ24765 ACOK line is being pulsed low at approx. 5ms intervals.

This occurs when CE is high and the (BQ40Z50-R1) fuel gauge is not allowing current

from the BQ24765 to charge the battery, see image.

Any thoughts on why this is occurring?
