I would need to know what input voltage range is used and whether PWM or analog dimming is required. But one route is the LM3464. It will control 4 strings and work with nearly any other regulator. For an example you can check out http://www.ti.com/tool/lm3464-120v24w which is with the LM5021, but it will work with other regulators, it all depends on the input voltage. I'm guessing this is an AC-DC solution? If so the TPS92411 could do it but it wouldn't be as efficient or have as good PF as you could only stack one or two LED strings on each circuit.
