I have two questions.
Data sheet excerpt "OPERATING MODES" on page 16
"the GS data must be set before the DC data is set.
Failure to set GS data before DC data may result in the first bit of GS data being lost."
Question:
1) Will the above apply even if not connecting Cascade (= SOUT is not used)?
2)I can not understand why the 1st bit of GS data may lost in the order of setting GS / DC as IC operation. I think that it is difficult to answer because it is control content, but if you know the reason please tell me.
